What’s your story?

Whether working as a hospice chaplain or as a morning radio personality, I will say to people, “So, tell me your story.” Many times people are very open to quickly share their struggles, their hurts, and sometimes their joys.

Sometimes when we are able to talk about “our story” we are able to gain huge insights into why we feel the way we do. This is especially true when it comes to anxiety. Identifying the stress or trauma or struggle can be a key first step in overcoming anxiety.

Here at Calming Mind I would love to give you the opportunity to tell your story and help you get on the road to recovery.
