Anxiety coaching
You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone
Anxiety can make life feel smaller. You may find yourself avoiding situations, overthinking decisions, constantly preparing for the worst, or feeling frustrated that anxiety seems to have so much control over your life.
I help people understand the patterns behind their anxiety and learn practical ways to respond differently.
My goal isn’t to promise a life without anxiety. It’s to help you build the understanding, confidence, and skills to keep anxiety from making your decisions for you.
What Coaching With Me Is Like
I believe people make progress when they feel heard, understood, and supported—not judged or pressured.
Our conversations are relaxed, honest, and focused on what will actually help you move forward. I’ll listen carefully, help you recognize patterns that may be difficult to see on your own, and work with you to develop practical strategies you can use in everyday life.
My background in psychology, combined with my personal interest in spirituality, helps me take a whole-person approach. When appropriate and welcomed by you, we can explore how your values, beliefs, and sense of purpose can support the changes you want to make.
Coaching and Therapy Are Different
Anxiety coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Coaching focuses on education, practical strategies, personal growth, goal-setting, and helping you apply new skills in everyday life.
For some people, coaching can complement work they are already doing with a therapist or other healthcare professional. For others, a licensed mental health professional may be the more appropriate source of support.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical treatment, please seek help from an appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.
How I Can Help
Anxiety coaching is a practical, forward-focused process. We look at what is happening in your life right now, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work together on realistic ways to move forward.
Our work may focus on:
Understanding your personal anxiety patterns and triggers
Recognizing thoughts and habits that keep the anxiety cycle going
Learning practical strategies for responding to anxious thoughts and feelings
Reducing avoidance and building confidence
Developing healthier ways to handle uncertainty and stress
Creating practical goals and taking manageable steps toward them
This isn’t about giving you a list of generic tips and sending you on your way. We’ll focus on your specific experiences, challenges, and goals.
