“I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find happiness in their work, relationships, and life.”
Richard Parker
My Approach
My background in psychology, combined with my personal interest in spirituality, shapes the way I work with others.
I believe that meaningful change often begins by slowing down enough to understand what is really happening beneath the surface—examining our thoughts, recognizing patterns, questioning assumptions, and becoming more intentional about how we respond to life.
My role is not to hand you a collection of motivational slogans or pretend that everyone’s experience with anxiety is the same. It is to help you focus, reflect, and refine—to better understand your own patterns and discover practical ways to move forward.
My approach is shaped by both knowledge and lived experience. I understand anxiety from the perspective of someone who has studied it, but more importantly, from the perspective of someone who has lived with it and spent years searching for answers.
My Journey With Anxiety
For most of my life, I struggled with anxiety and recurring anxiety episodes. I know firsthand how exhausting and limiting anxiety can be—and how frustrating it is to feel as though it is something you simply have to learn to live with.
I wasn’t willing to accept that.
I spent four years searching for what I came to think of as the missing pieces of the anxiety puzzle. I studied, questioned, reflected, and put what I was learning into practice in my own life. Through that process, I discovered practical strategies and new ways of understanding anxiety that ultimately led me to lasting freedom.
That journey changed more than my relationship with anxiety. It changed the direction of my life and gave me a desire to help others who are still searching for their own way forward.
Why I Do This
I created this website and my coaching practice for people who are tired of feeling stuck and are looking for a different way forward.
My hope is that the things I have learned—through study, personal experience, reflection, and practice—can help shorten someone else’s search for answers.
I’d love to help you find your new path.
If you’re ready to explore what that path might look like, I invite you to learn more about working with me and discover how to live with light.
My Coaching Method
-

Focus
It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want.
-

Reflect
Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.
-

Refine
The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning.
